no lag at all impossible. U nvr lag but the host lag. suggest alienware or like me go chambers play XD

Not really.. Since Intel came out with Core 2 Duo, It's been a great multi-tasker. Plus, like i said, I placed i7 under the highest requirement available to gamers though there's been complains about the processor being bugged at times.

But the top i7 processor isnt really worth it in my opinion. I rather get a 6 core 3.2ghz AMD processor.

Don't be ridiculous , a 480 is overkill , 4890 too .
And also , 480 is power sipping (and very hot) and i would go for 5770 .
And i7 has no worth at all .
And a high reso is only for eye candy .
I use the two stock Realtek gigabit NIC on my 890FX board , it's good enough

Yeah , i use a Phenom II x4 955 BE with 5670 + 5770 in ****************** .
Phenoms forever ! Oh yes , my phenom is left @ 4.2ghz w/o increasing stock voltage .
Phenom II x6 1090T ?
3.2Ghz , w/ unlocked multiplier ! ( and you can leave it at 3.8ghz on air cooling
And of course , auto overclocking with CORE Turbo since bs only uses 2 cores .
it can cost you a nice sub 300$ now , because intel really sucks .
1000$ for a six core ? who wants that ******** ?
By the way , i play bs with 8x AA , 4x AS because i love nice stuff

AMD 955BE here too! its one of the best bang for bucks processors.
no idea why people like getting alienware & acer predators.
those machines are way over priced. you could get a way better computer for that money.
anyway for intel vs amd, intels are superior than AMD except for its price =)
if you got the money, go for intel.
bang for buck? go for AMD
