I suppose this is like some other games ( Which blackshot doesnt allow me to say which ends with a story)
When u turn up for an specil event in some other game they will give you this coupon with a code.

I guess this is the same for blackshot.
In the future if you turn up for a special event such as an anniversary they would hand out such coupons to redeem for in-game items.
