Hackers in Blackshot

Are there actually hackers in Blackshot? I thought it is safe to play Blackshot because there is GameGuard, I heard alot of rumors and complaints while playing with other players but I seize to believe them because they probably just whining after being killed.

I hope this is not true,but if it is, will anyone tell me how to spot the difference between hacking, lagging, and glitching?

Yes, sadly there are hackers in BlackShot.
GameGuard is not 100% hacker-proof, and is only meant to be a deterring factor by making "hacking" more tedious for these "hackers"

Common hacks include;
Speeding; the character runs at abnormal speeds.
Godmode; the character just can't die
Walling; the character is able to see through walls to locate everyone.

Lagging is when a person is unable to have smooth gameplay mainly due to network issues. Worst case scenarios for laggers is that they kind of teleport and that makes them very hard to aim at.

Glitching is exploiting a bug in the game's program for various reasons, the top reason being to be able to gain the unfair advantage.
Common glitches seen in BlackShot is the Clan Server glitch, where the clan is able to fit a 6th member into a 5v5 match fixture.
Others include hiding in boxes or walls.

in this world there is always good guys bad guys, good gamers bad gamers. live with it. i think the mods are doing well . they are trying their best too to make bs a fair n friendly enviroment

Sometimes it's very difficult to determine if a player is wallhacking or just plain pro!

I find that one of the ways to check on the enemy is by staying on your death cam ( which means you have died - sad isn't it) . When your'e dead, don't switch to your team mates observer screen unless you want to. At your death cam you can observe the enemy players movements and make a reasonable judgement for yourself as to whether the player is hacking - suspicious - or PRO.

Here's an example that I experienced myself : I just got killed by an enemy and maintained my death cam to observe his movements coz i thought he was suspicious. (SD mode - he didn't die once but had 32 kills at the end of the game - usually wipes out my whole team). So while i was observing I saw him look directly at a wall and stay there. The direction he was looking at was exactly where my team mate was all the way across the map. Then he looked at another direction also at a wall and that was where my second team mate was. Needless to say - he waited for both of them and killed them by the "SUPRISE !! I USE HACK SO I CAN BACK STAB YOU!! '' tactic.

But then again , that's just my opinion.

yeah, if it's halfway across the map or more, often out of hearing range, it's usually wallhack. If it's easy enough to listen to, though, it might not be as you think. the powerful things that can be equipped unto the head can detect perfectly the direction of gunshots, knife-switches, hammer-to-the-wall attacks(ffs some idiots can be crazy enough to expose themselves through such sounds willingly or not, but if that's their way of having fun then so be it ._.''), and the one that's been of essence in our regular SD matches, the Footsteps. but those are only from hearing; some Crazy people developed certain senses that are sharp enough to enable them to see into their enemies' eyes, allowing them to pinpoint the enemies' locations, legally and naturally. those are the type you have to watch out for, they're the only ones who can perhaps be on par with Hackers by skill and not just luck.

Sensitive hearing and a decent pair of headphones will give you the ability to hear footsteps.
The simluated surround does the MILES sound system(BlackShot's sound engine) justice.

Every game, i would say online game you go there will be hackers.
No matter how good the anti hack system , as long as there are hackers, there will be hacks.
What we can do is constantly patching and updating the hack system to prevent hackers.
Yes its not 100% but its the best and viable solution at the moment.
So guys, do your part for the community and reporting these hackers in the abuse section.
