Garena/ BlackShot Account Safety

Now in BlackShot, there are some cases of player's account being hacked. Please do take note the following points below to prevent your account being hacked:

- DO NOT give out your Garena/ BlackShot Login ID and Password to other players
- Game Masters (GM), Game Advisors (GA), Moderators (MD) and in-game Ambassadors (AM) WILL NOT ask for your password
- Change your password regularly (E.g. Once every two months)
- If anyone asks for your ID or Password, capture screenshots of the chat and report them in the forums
- If you believe you have been hacked, immediately logout your BlackShot and Garena and do a full scan on your system to check for key-loggers. After scanning and you have ensure that there are no key-loggers, go to the Garena User Login Page/ Profile and change your password. When you are done, report the hacking case in the forums

No one would give free items (E.g Garena Shells) without any reasons. If you see any players trying to hack/ scam a player's account, report them in the BlackShot Forum.

Some players are hacked by Fake "Garena Staff". They will tell you to give them your ID and Password to prevent all sorts of trouble to your account. Note that Garena do not need to know your password to solve your problems.

Some accounts are hacked by Viruses, Key-loggers, Trojan Horse or Malware present in their system/ computer. Please do a system scan every week (Recommended) to make sure your computer is safe.

Another common method used by scammers is the "Free GS" way. They would say like "Would you want free GS? Give me your ID and password". Just say "No" and capture a screenshot of the chat as evidence. If you have revealed your password to someone else, treat it as a lesson learned.

Accounts that are hacked may be retrieved back, but it is not that simple. Report loss accounts by sending an email to support@garena.com with the following:

Hacked Account ID:
Garena UID (If you know):
Any GS Transaction Details (In screenshot/ image form):
Summary of What Happened:

3. Fill in the necessary details of your loss account

- Hacked Account ID
- Garena UID (If you know)
- Any GS Transaction Details (Upload)
